We got our first snow fall on Sunday and now it's in the 30s. Here's a look back at a time (last week) when all we had to worry about was
Sarah Palin making sense and lunatic Cubs fans endlessly making *Cubs Win Christmas cookies—
All Work And No Play Makes Kris Byrant A Dull Boy.

Shish Ka Bob |
Until last Sunday we still grilled out.
|
Too sexy for his leash |
We were outside not even a week ago and did a little turn on the cat walk, yeah on the cat walk, on the cat walk yeah, we did a little turn on the cat walk.
|
Too sexy for her vest |
We didn't have to worry about snowmobiles or snow machines or snow blowers or Sno-cones and could concentrate on showing off our assets.
|
May have gotten into the late harvest |
The gardens were green so we thought our gentle fall would never end.
|
He's so excited, he just can't hide it |
When it got windy we danced with the willows.
|
Oliver pities the fool who runs out of hair gel |
We stayed inside a minute so as not to disturb our 'do.
|
"Shia LaBeouf called, he wants his rat-tail back." |
And most importantly we could still crack wise through an open car window.

Totally cute dogs! Have a great week!
ReplyDeleteI only wish I could have gotten the little white one while it was dancing like an elf, K.
DeleteCute little guys! And wonderful photos... thanks for joining us at this week's linkup at http://image-in-ing.blogspot.com/2016/12/the-church-of-transfiguration.html
ReplyDeleteMy dog cousins probably won't be out for a while now. Although maybe I can take Oliver for therapy dog training at the mall. Good thing they have a big house to run around in.
DeleteAll adorable dogs and great photos ~ thanks,
ReplyDeleteWishing you a happy week ~ ^_^
Bob lives to have his picture taken, Carol.
DeleteWhat a fun post. Love the captions you share on each. Made me smile; especially the catwalk one and the hair gel. :) Adorable furbabies.
ReplyDeletePeabea@Peabea Scribbles
Bob is a super model trapped inside a Teddy Bear dog's body, Pea Bea (:
DeleteAdorable puppies! We had a warm fall come to a sudden end as well this past weekend.
ReplyDeleteWell I guess it had to end sometime, waaahhh. Your fur babies are probably pretty content I bet.
ReplyDeleteIs the one pup a golden doodle? My kids just got a golden doodle puppy!
ReplyDeleteOliver was sold as a Shih Tzu-Bichon Teddy Bear, the same as the black and white Bob. Whatever Oliver is, his personality is more Bichon Frise and the rest sweetheart. Bob, however, is another story. Golden Doodles are beautiful dogs.
Deletebeautiful doggies. Obviously good taken care of (spoiled?)Love the view of that big willow with the wind blowing through it. Hope you like snow. It's in the 30ties-40ties, just a few degrees too warm for snow to stay! Thanks so much for sahring these cuties with ALL SEASONS! Can't wait till you can show some snow shots:)
ReplyDeleteIt's that cold there? Yousa. I'm just their cousin and chief dog walker/sitter/chauffeur, but yes, my cousin takes great care of them. And yes, we all spoil them, how could you not. I'm not an actual fan of snow, but it can make a good photo. I suppose. Always tricky lighting wise. Next week it's down to twenties so, blech. I am interested in getting some good ice photos but literally shudder at the thought.
DeleteAwww - cute shots.
ReplyDeleteThanks, these delicate flowers probably won't be up for many outdoor shots for awhile.
DeleteAww! they are so cute ..I would have loved to see the white one dancing haha! :-)
ReplyDeleteI just missed catching it by a second or two, Steve.
DeleteGreat photos. An animals personality always shines through.
ReplyDeleteWe have a lot of fun dogs around here, Sarah.
DeleteI LOVE dogs! In fact I have a board on Pinterest called I LOVE DOGS at NanaHoodRocks. We have 7!
ReplyDeleteI'll have to check it out, Teresa. I'm hardly on Pinterest anymore but next time I am I'll look for you.
DeleteSEVEN! Awwoooo.
Thanks for the story of your lovely little dogs. Wolfie is an only dog. I've always wished for two of him, fuzzy and curly, and rescued.
ReplyDeleteOliver wasn't a rescue but seemed like an orphan, that's how he got his name. Looking forward to seeing some Wolfie pics.
DeleteYour dogs are adorable. The white one is a poodle right (I think his name is Oliver)? What about the B&W one? Loved the way you have taken the picture of the wind caught in willow.
ReplyDeleteOliver is a Teddy Bear dog, KL. I used to call him a poodle as a joke but I'm beginning to think he might be part poodle. Although I've seen photos of other Teddy Bears who look like him. The black and white is Bob who is also a Teddy Bear dog and looks and acts more like a Shih Tzu than anything. Thanks, it was a crazy windy day and I love that willow.
DeleteWhat a little cutie! The pics are great and the story is, too.
ReplyDeleteSo hard to believe this was just over a week ago.
DeleteYour pups are the cutest, Jeanne! how'd they like the snowflakes?
ReplyDeleteIt's the cold not the snow they mind. I tried booties on Oliver and it was hilarious but he couldn't keep them on. I remember one of them liking the snow at some point, but Bob is such a fancy pants and Oliver has turned into a slacker lately.
DeleteThey are such cuties - love the pics!
ReplyDeleteI'm lucky to sit for them and take them on walkies. Won't be doing that for awhile I'm afraid, but Oliver may be able to do some nursing home visits and training in the mall. He needs it, chubby little guy.
DeleteThese little guys are adorable.
ReplyDeleteAmalia
xo
They are a hoot, Amalia.
DeleteLove the shot of Oliver, what an adorably cute little face
ReplyDeleteMollyxxx
That he is, Molly.
DeleteThere's nothing I like better than pictures of dogs, and you seem to have cornered the market. Wonderful!

Ha, I wish, Kay. I love dog photos as well if you can't guess.
DeleteHi Jeanna, I popped over here from Our World Tuesday meme and so glad I did. I love your cute dogs. Thanks for sharing them. Greetings. Jo (South Africa)
ReplyDeleteI love your photos, so nice to see on a frigid night. Watching "Frozen" isn't helping.
ReplyDeleteNow that you have snow and winter has truly arrived, Oliver will want to sit on that grill to warm his toes!
ReplyDeleteIt's funny that you should say that, Snowbird, I'm going to put up a photo where he refuses to get out of the car onto the slightly cool floor of my mother's parking garage. It was quite the stand off. Delicate paws you see, must be carried, preferably zipped inside my winter jacket.
DeleteAww! So many cute puppy pictures! :)
ReplyDeleteThat's because there are so many cute pups!
