Big Rope Little Dog
It's been a tough week so I'll leave you with a few more phone pics. This rope smells like you and you belong to me therefore ...

I thought when Aaron Rodgers broke his collarbone in the first quarter of that Viking game in mid-October it was some kind of karmic paymen...

This is hard for me to write not only because I'm broken up about Dexter's owner taking him back soon, but because being a dog perso...
Thanks for the ear worm. (And that is even before I watch the video). My kids had that song in their going for a ride in the car repertoire. Eek -- I might have to teach that song to our greats next time we see them. I know my granddaughter and her husband would love me for it.
ReplyDeleteHa, Sallie, why should I be the only one to suffer. I hear that damn song whenever I look at Dexter. It's in my head right now, arrrggghhhh, get it out. It was actually one of my favorite animated shorts from MTV's liquid television yearrrsss ago.
DeleteYeah, isn't that where cats are known for (that they come back to the house), in contrast to dogs? And this one looks in good condition (or did you clean him/her up before the pics?) I remember that when we moved to the condo there was a cat who kept coming back after we moved in, till the neighbor adopted it. Thank you for sharing this happy event (I assume, it's happy for you?) with ALL SEASONS! Have a great week:)
ReplyDeleteDexter belongs to my cousin and looks as if he's put on a few pounds since I've seen him last, JSG. So yes, he's in good condition and yes, I'm very happy to see him again. I haven't brushed him yet but have been wanting to for the past few days. I have, however dressed him up in a few St. Paddy's Day outfits, lol. I'm hoping my cousin leaves him for longer like he did last summer, but he's supposed to get picked up this week. I hope you have a great week as well, watch out for all those streams and potential flooding. We have a few nice days here which will be coming to an end soon.
Delete...Jeanna, catchy cat tune! Thanks for feline fotos, how about stopping back!
ReplyDeleteHow about I stop by and visit you in Hawaii, Tom.
DeleteI've never heard this before, but it certainly stays with you! Your visitor is just adorable!
ReplyDeleteThere was a Canadian animated short of this song that was nominated for an Oscar. I first heard it on MTV long ago and it certainly stays with you FOR EVER. He is being particularly adorable tonight even though I just put a sparkling green bow tie on him.
DeleteSuch a beautiful cat! Makes me miss my cat, Sunny. She was an orange and white cat, too.
ReplyDeleteHe's a handsome lad, I bet he does make you miss her, I hope you have another kitty to share that piece of your heart. I love a ginger kitty.
DeleteHehehe, a funny video!
ReplyDeleteAnd a cute photoseries you made.
Have a nice week
Awww - so adorable.
ReplyDeleteAww! so cute and looks quite happy to be back too heheh!
ReplyDeleteHave a tanfastical week :-)
I enjoyed the photos of the cat and the cute video. The cat is a beauty.
ReplyDeleteFun video and lovely and creative captures of a very beautiful and expressive cat ~ thanks,
ReplyDeleteWishing you a peaceful week ~ ^_^
What a sweet kitty. I volunteer at the local Humane Society and sit with the kitties. They are always fascinating and so sweet.
ReplyDeleteSweet face.
ReplyDeleteWorth a Thousand Words
Hi Jeanna, I love the video, it really made me laugh. Cats certainly do pick their owners. We've been adopted by a no-longer-feral cat who when she showed up with her five kittens was untouchable. Her kittens are all long gone, but she stays patrolling our woodpiles in return for food, a warm bed and a little love (on her terms). Your visiting cat looks like a lovely healthy cat, will he disappear once it's had what it wants?
ReplyDeleteThank you for linking up with the #MMBC.
xx
A welcome visitor and a fun video. Nice.
