Such a wonderful cooking crew and floor clean up crew too!
ReplyDeleteIt was a fun group of second and third generation Italian cousins, Bri. Can I call you Bri? Oliver was a furry Roomba.
DeleteWhat fun photos I am sure Oliver won't say a word heheh!
ReplyDeleteHave a cookietastic week :-)
His mouth was too full of cookies.
DeleteSuch fun!
ReplyDeleteWith a bit of work thrown in but yah, it was, LF.
DeleteAccording to my cats floor cookies are the best!Looks like lots of fun!
ReplyDeleteHaaa, Dexter didn't care too much for sweets but he loved to rip apart bakery in a plastic bag.
DeleteLooks like fun and I always love the photo of your little doggie.
ReplyDeleteOliver always makes things fun but you have to keep making sure no one trips over him.
DeleteBravo for all the work done. My work comes Saturday, because the day after, we have a cookie exchange! Thanks for hosting!
ReplyDeleteIt was a LOT of work, J but there was a mountain of cookies when we were done. Those can be fun, it's interesting to see the kind of cookies people like to make.
DeleteLove the Floor Manager!
ReplyDeleteHe takes his job very seriously (:
DeleteYou have the cutest floor manager who gets all the perks of dropped cookies! Well done to making a ton of traditional cookies. I'd like to try one!
ReplyDeleteIsn't he though, Oliver is forever on the prowl for dropped crumbs. They are a fun tradition and since I don't like that kind of cookie there's not much chance of me blowing my diet to scarf them down. It was a pretty good kitchen crew.
DeleteWow! What an event ~ And yes, that is some Floor Manager ~ what a cutie ^_^
ReplyDeleteHappy Moments to You,

It was the first time I helped out, but I've always been impressed by the result. Oliver is too cute for his own good, Carol. Kisses to Zoe.
DeleteWow, so much going on!
ReplyDeleteThere was a lot of dough and conversation, Rose.
DeleteI want a cookie! I’ confess I’m a bit envious of your family carrying on these traditions!
ReplyDeleteI don't know, Sallie, neither my mother nor I like these cookies. I love black licorice but keep it the hell outta my cookies. It's the first time I joined in, I think...
DeleteWhat fun! That, to me, is what this time of year is all about.
ReplyDeleteIt is, but I wish my immediate family or the Irish side did something like this. We will be wrapping crap in plastic soon, the Irish cousins and I, maybe tomorrow even who knows, I can't keep track. Since none of them read this I'll just say it, the Irish side is a lot more fun.
DeleteI so want to be a part of your big Italian family. My birth father was Italian but I was raised by wolves so I missed out. Love the floor manager... send cookies. LeeAnna and Milo (who aspires to be a floor manager)
ReplyDeleteOh, a quick story that led to a family joke, dh made a suggestion to a co-worker who complained to her boss about it saying "he's not my manger" so now when we hear the word manager we think of Christmas
Well, I'm not sure you really want that. Maybe in the sixties when grandma and grandpa were alive and five cousins and three families lived in a big house grandpa built with fruit trees, a big vegetable garden and flowers everywhere. There was also a spacious yet cozy all season porch, six bedrooms, a magical walk in closet, a fireplace, a huge basement with a wine cellar, bar and beautiful wooden poker table, another kitchen in the basement (a house with three kitchens, one on every floor).
DeleteTell the wolves awww woooo which means they did a good job.
I could have but I'd hate to send something I don't like myself.
Ha, that's a very positive thing to associate with that word.
I may have mentioned this, but the Irish side is more fun.
That is so cool. What a cool time. Thanks for hosting and I hope that you have a wonderful week.
ReplyDeleteWhat a gorgeous and ambitious group!
ReplyDeleteThanks for taking the time to link up at 'My Corner of the World' this week!
My Corner of the World
Oh yeah, the cookies were and are plentiful, especially since I wasn't eating any.
DeleteThat looks like great fun. Thanks for sharing and cookietastic week 🙋♀️🐝
ReplyDeleteThat's a lot of work - I know that from my husband's Italian family. But December is all about cookies, at least that's what I think.
ReplyDeleteLooks like fun! What a fab floor manager ;) #TwinklyTuesday
