Big Rope Little Dog
It's been a tough week so I'll leave you with a few more phone pics. This rope smells like you and you belong to me therefore ...
-
I thought when Aaron Rodgers broke his collarbone in the first quarter of that Viking game in mid-October it was some kind of karmic paymen...

This is hard for me to write not only because I'm broken up about Dexter's owner taking him back soon, but because being a dog perso...
Crazy and fun! Have a great week!
ReplyDeleteYou too and safe travels.
DeleteSo cool! I saw fire jugglers a few summers back!
ReplyDeleteAnd it was sooo hot out, I can't imagine juggling anything but ice cubes.
DeleteWow!
ReplyDeleteAmazing.
Greetings from Poland.
Monika.
They were pretty impressive and knew where the blankets were in case they had to put out a fire, or a juggler.
DeleteI love seeing acts like this had to laugh at you putting the song Great Balls Of Fire at the end :-)
ReplyDeleteHave a flamingtastic week :-)
Either that or the I am the god of hell fire one.
DeleteAfter going through about 5 minutes being chapta, it bumped me off, so this is my second try:) You captured these fire jugglers excellently! Also love their clothing. Can't remember having seen fire jugglers except for in a circus. Many thanks for sharing these crazy ones for All Seasons! Have a wild and crazy week:):)
ReplyDeleteCaptcha stinks and the best way to fix it is to enable cookies in your browser preferences. I also read that product or accessory updates can trigger a Captcha problem. This is why some people have an issue with Captcha and others don't on the same site. It's in the hands of the visitor, not the administrator. I had lots of problems sun getting these photos, was too far away and didn't figure out how to focus on the juggler and the fire being juggled. They call it "Fire Spinning."
Delete...Jerry Lee is a legend. I just saw the Million Dollar Quartet, dang music was great back them. Thanks for stopping by, I hope to see you again.
ReplyDeleteThanks Tom I didn't know it was a musical and forgot about the session. I just found the session on YouTube. Yeeeha. Wow, worthy of a musical and it's still touring.
DeleteThe last two pictures nailed it I think! I love street entertainers (or park, it looks like where this pair is performing). Thanks for throwing in Jerry Lee for us oldsters... the first reference and video of that cartoon just makes me feel ancient and unhip...oh wait, that actually describes me perfectly. But I didn't used to be ...maybe )))
ReplyDeleteI was pretty frustrated with all of these, but am determined to find ways to improve on this type of double movement photo from a distance. It was a park where a Fire Fest was going on. Lots of pottery and crafts and demos. That's funny, I thought referencing B&B made me look old. I wouldn't call Beavis and Butthead hip by any stretch, especially the newer ones.
DeleteI love watching street entertainers. Have you ever been to Mallory Square in Key West? Every night when the sun goes down people gather and street entertainers do their thing. it's amazing!
ReplyDeleteI've only been to Miami, Daytona Beach and Orlando. It sounds like a happening place, would love to see it.
DeleteGreat pics.Have a nice day.
ReplyDeleteYou too, pilgrim.
DeleteThose fire spinners are impressive. So are your photos! I'm grateful to Beavis and Butthead for giving us Daria.
ReplyDeleteThe View from the Top of the Ladder
Yeah, I like her too, her show had some staying power on MTV, wonder if it's on Netflix. They were quite cool yet hard to shoot.
DeleteNo disrespect intended, but that's just CRAZY! But you got some great photos of "crazy"!
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing at http://image-in-ing.blogspot.com/2017/07/hhhhiiiiiiiisssssssss.html
There were three of them and one was always standing by to put out anyone bursting into flames. Thanks, it was a hot and sweaty ordeal so I'm going to get some photo tips before I try again.
DeleteGreat shots but I'm glad I wasn't close to them.
ReplyDeleteMy bad knees kept me from getting closer, not common sense, lol.
DeleteGreat.
ReplyDelete...Balls of Fire?
DeleteThat takes some real skill there! I wonder if they burned themselves before actually getting the skill down? Super cool!
ReplyDeletehttp://www.anapeladay.com/2017/07/ww-kinetic-exhibition-linky.html
I would guess they got the skill down before lighting anything on fire, but I'd be surprised if they're singe free. You can read more about them at: https://www.imaginezensemblez.com/ensemblez

Looks great! I am sure I cannot do a fourth of these. Looks easy but I am sure it is not. Plus, great job in the photos. It is not that simple to capture movement (at least to me).
ReplyDeleteI still can't juggle three balls, lol. Thanks, I'm not very happy with the way they turned out though.
