ReplyDeleteYou too, Amanda. Right now he's all about his freshly laundered blanket but only because I wrapprf the bag up in two other bags before I threw it in the trash. I can't imagine trying to diet with a cat nose.
DeleteIt's funny. I had cat who looked like yours and he loved paper bags. Add aroma of food and it's cat heaven.
ReplyDeleteIt's still that same guest cat I've had, Carol. Yes, he is all about bags, especially paper ones which seem more fun for him to rip. He got a tiny piece of burger because I know how heavenly it must smell to him.
DeleteHahah, Last night, Molly the Cat knew she smelled cheddar cheese on my plate so she kept close to me and waited until I blinked to start licking my plate. Fortunately, I had my cheese in my hand.
ReplyDeleteMolly is a great cat name, especially for a ginger. If Dexter were a girl and mine I would name him Molly. Ha, yes, that's what they do and so quickly and casually. He has been going after my plate when I leave nothing but crumbs and finds a bit of cheese or something on it. I caught him licking the tuna and cheese bits off the rim of a soaking casserole pan the other day. I think he may have lapped up some tuna fish water from the pan too, blech.

DeleteWe have never had nor even heard of a butter burger, so we clicked the link to look and see what it was. Oh my, we can see how that might prove to be a challenge for anyone on a diet, that looked YUMMY!

They're just down the road from the worst MacDonald's in the country (or so I'm guessing) so there's no real comparison if you want a fast food burger. They make them to order and have excellent sundaes, shakes, onion rings and root beer. Oh no, there I go.
DeleteDexter got little nibbles of the beef and later tiny bits of cheese. Right now he's lying on me pouting because I'm making him wait until dinner to eat (although he got a few licks of yogurt and cheese nibbles when I got home).
You can haz cheezburger :)

ReplyDeleteEven though he's not technically mine, he has been here since April, haha. I'll miss him if he ever gets picked up by his owner, that's for sure. He's all snuggled next to me hoping I'll feed him some cheese right now.

ReplyDeleteWe are celebrating the caughting of my family, Mama and my half siblings…they had surgeries yesfurday. Mama going to haz her last kittens evers and finally get some rest from being outdoors for so many years… Plz purr for them and fur Orange Cat who was also caughted and needs a furever home. -Chiquita, who am glad to be indoors and loves cheeze sometimes too.
There were burgers that day and the next chicken which was eaten and put in the trash for the demon ginger to tear into. I love the crazy little looney tunes too, he's being all cute next to me right now so he can go nuts come midnight.

Being from WI we are also fond of cheese which the demon ginger gets in tiny pieces.
Dexter is an indoor cat but sometimes gets brave and strolls down the hallway with the human cat watching over him. He's pretty glad to go back inside after all that bravery.
