Spring is my favorite season. I do love summer though. It's the triple digits that I don't care for.
ReplyDeleteHave a fabulous day and week. ♥
You too, Sandee. I did manage to get through this summer without a heat stroke so that's something. Spring is the best and the shortest it seems.
DeleteBeautiful photos, colors.
ReplyDeleteThanks, Robert.
DeleteWe love fall too. Yesterday we watched the first leaves float past the window.

Oliver & The Tribe of Five (and their purrsonal assistant)
You did, oh no. I love the fall but it's still too soon. Who doesn't love a purr and/or a head bonk?
DeleteWhat nice fun photos heheh!
ReplyDeleteI love Autumn :-)
Have a seasonaltastic week :-)
Hey Stevarino, I seem to be having a summtastic week so far.
DeleteI love spring and fall, its the in between that is not fun. Right now we have started to enjoy cooler mornings.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful pictures and I can relate the last one!
Last winter just about killed me, Karren. It did manage to (temporarily) kill my car. I'm still parked in front of the fan today and am just now listening to the weather which predicts it's going to be drier and cooler (60s and 70s) hip hip hooray.
DeleteThose flowers are stunning!
ReplyDeleteWhy thanks, Brian. I think you guys might like to have a prowl through flowers like that.
DeleteWhat a fun day! I love armchair traveling as we are still in our winter here in Australia.
ReplyDeleteYou're most welcome to join me in a cuppa,
Jennifer
Your winter never involves snow or polar vortexes does it?
DeleteMy tea kettle is feeling a bit neglected these days, Jennifer.
Lovely wildflowers!
ReplyDeleteTa Fi.
DeleteHello, love the smiling happy faces. Fun photos and beautiful flowers. I am sorry to see summer coming to an end. Enjoy your day, wishing you a happy new week!
ReplyDeleteI am as well, Eileen, maybe because I've been more active this summer (and a lot more sweaty if that's even possible).
DeleteOh, goodness, I love that very first shot...the rest look like a fun filled day. And love that one of the Matz farm...I go on line to the Library of Congress and will spend hours looking at old photos of old farm days.
ReplyDeleteThanks, Rose, that's definitely the money shot although I've gone back and forth on the lighting. It is a pretty fascinating background especially in view of what's being done to immigrants in our country.
DeleteLots of fun photos! Loved the flowers! Thanks for hosting!
ReplyDeleteThanks to you as well, Christina. You have to tell me more about that cake so I can live vicariously through you.
DeleteThat hammock boat looks like it would be loads of fun... even if you got tossed into the water. Looks like a great holiday.
ReplyDeleteThe wild flowers are lovely.
ReplyDeleteYour first image -so pretty! Looks everyone has fun here:) Great you had relatives to go with:) A Hammock boat - I wonder how they get in the hammock, without the "boat" capsizing...:):)
ReplyDeleteI definitely prefer summer and I've enjoyed your photos.
ReplyDeleteHi Jeanna, oooOOoo I wouldn't like to choose between spring or autumn as my favourite season, but then autumn here is much like a second spring. We are still very much in summer and are literally counting the days until it cools down and we get our island back again... Love the thrown together hammock, for a moment I thought it was a boat.

As always your photos are fabulous. I love the first one of all those gorgeous flowers in bloom and the little one who is definitely not tall enough for that ride.

Why thanks, the first pic is my fav from my new lens so far. There were fields and fields of veggies and flowers you could pick yourself. Yeah, that's not a great photo but cracked me up too.
DeleteI love the fall. Such beautiful photos. Thanks for sharing them. Thanks for hosting and have a wonderful week.
ReplyDeleteI hope you have a great one too, Patrick. I'm torn since the summer is just getting tolerable.
DeleteNo matter how beautiful autumn is, the end of summer makes me sad

ReplyDeleteSometimes, it's so sad to see summer go, but, fortunately, it will be back!
ReplyDeleteYour link at 'My Corner of the World' this week sure made my day!
What a neat boat! Tell Jackie that I also do the "double glasses" thing on occasion. We've had a very hot summer so I'll be glad for cooler autumn weather.
ReplyDeleteI wear sunglasses over my glasses. Now I must try it the other way. So, did the hammock boat float and the people hanging out in the hammocks? I'm an autumn gal, too.
ReplyDeleteThat flower farm is gorgeous! I find myself with too many glasses on sunny days and don’t look as cute as Jackie does when that happens. The Fair looks like fun....
ReplyDeleteWhat fun-filled pictures! Almost time for Autumn leaves, the most photogenic time of year.
ReplyDeleteMy pictures and Linky!
Beautiful flowers! I'm an autumn or spring girl too. Or, as I call it, cardi weather! Thanks for linking up #twinklytuesday
