I got caught in a short dust storm, spent time in one of my favorite towns and stopped by one of the most mellow fests around.

I think the dust kicked up from this field across from Peck's |

What IS that hooded figure reflected in the window? Hipster Cap Dude has no idea what evil lurks behind him |

Nice captures and that dog looks like he is on alert! Thanks for linking up today and have a great weekend!
ReplyDeleteHa, he heard somewhere that there was pie today.
DeleteGreat silhouetted shapes!
ReplyDeleteI kind of struggled with it, but black and white helps.
DeleteHi Jeanna, a dust storm must be a horrible thing to get caught up in! I can imagine how hard it is on the eyes! That certainly is a nasty looking thing lurking in the window, you would think the dog would sense it, wouldn't you?

I think that dog sensed pie, Debbie. It was really short but I couldn't believe no one else pulled over. Crazy. Luckily I was close to a little fruit grocer and petting zoo.
DeleteI want some pie.
ReplyDeleteVisiting from BLACK AND WHITE WEEKEND.
FRANKLY MY DEAR
Me too and I believe the apple pie I just heated up in the toaster oven will fit the bill.
DeleteNice shots! I love the silhouette!
ReplyDeleteThanks James, I've got a way to go before I get it right.
Deleteha, right! now that you mentioned - really scarry character lurking behind. all I saw was a sign "pie today", imagining what kind of pie :-)
ReplyDeleteThat's what caught my eye, Klara, then I noticed this creep in the window when I downloaded my SD card.
DeleteTwo very good shots. I thought the first one is cute as 'pie' until you pointed out the lurking figure....
ReplyDeleteI might have to go back there and see what that is at some point.
DeleteNice shots - have a lovely weekend.
ReplyDeleteYou too, Ritta. One more day to go and I'm already wrung out.
DeleteBeautiful shots.
