The Little Things
Ever finicky about his toys, this replacement scratcher was more of a hit than a new clubhouse, scratching post, myriad of mice, balls, feathers, peek and play box, tunnel and nip toys, but then again so were the boxes they came in.

Big Rope Little Dog
It's been a tough week so I'll leave you with a few more phone pics. This rope smells like you and you belong to me therefore ...

I thought when Aaron Rodgers broke his collarbone in the first quarter of that Viking game in mid-October it was some kind of karmic paymen...

This is hard for me to write not only because I'm broken up about Dexter's owner taking him back soon, but because being a dog perso...
When I Fall In Love ... or better ... Love is in the aer!!!
ReplyDeleteLove you Dexter! ♥
Hahaha, yes it is, Ella. Although I did just see winter storm warnings crawl across the TV screen!
DeleteYou love what you love, Dexter and you don't what you don't. It's all good.
ReplyDeleteHave a purrfect day. My best to your mom. ♥
Right now I think he's in "love" with some birds teasing him from the front yard (;
DeleteI'll pass that on to her Sandee, she'll be delighted. And Ella has given me the idea of tracking down one of my favorite candy stores for Easter so I think more pics of her are forthcoming.
DeleteHe looks happy! Thanks for linking up today!
ReplyDeleteHe's a spoiled fur baby who gets more things from Amazon than I do, Michelle.
DeleteOh yea, that looks pretty happy to me! Thanks for joining the Thankful Thursday Blog Hop!
ReplyDeleteHi Brian, I took over the keyboard while the food source is downstairs checking for Amazon packages, boy is she in for a surprise. I am pretty happy, but don't tell anyone because I've been milking this poor orphan kitty thing for a year now...mmm, milk.
DeleteCats are strange and mine prefer the boxes, too! He's a lovely cat.
ReplyDeleteHis toy box is full of cat toys he could care less about, lol.
DeleteLove it is! Just like a one-year-old child at Christmas .. the boxes are more fun than the gift.
ReplyDeleteI suppose he is like a toddler who can jump really high lol.
DeleteSweet. I wonder if our Molly would prefer a round scratcher to a rectangle one. Be fun to find out, at least once.
ReplyDeleteThis is the replacement for his turbo ball toy and when I found out the old one was still good on one side I put that out too. He loves it because he knows it goes in his toy I think (ha, he's looking at me now because he wants cake and ice cream).
DeleteHi Jeanna, it looks like Ginger Kitty is exhausted with all the fun. It sounds like cats and chiclren are very similar with their love of boxes!

He tired himself out and slept in today while I went to the pool. Gave me a look like, "You just go ahead and I'll be here in this exact same spot when you get back." Which he was. He has a remote control mouse on the way so I can't wait to see what happens with that. Right now he's planted himself between me and a plate of cake and melted icecream.
DeleteI'm quite finicky about my toys as well :-)
