65 And Sunny

No, that doesn't describe me but it does describe my idea of perfect weather which we had in abundance today.

Shave and a shake?

She can't tell me not to take her picture if she doesn't know I'm doing it

Please don't put me in the water please don't put me in the water please don't put me in the water

  1. I shall be 65 and sunny at the end of the year. Well, 65. I'm already sunny. Nice lighting in your area today. The day looks so crisp and clear. Our 60-ish weather was overcast. I actually found myself shivering 3 times today.

    1. I'm not altogether sure I'll make it to 65 but then again I didn't think I'd make it to 60, Susie. I'll be 61 in a few days. You are indeed in the sun and full of sunshine. I thought the Boo Barber and Drive-In sign was particularly well lit with a nice blue sky behind it. My mother acted as if the fire had gone out in her igloo, lol.

    1. Oh yeah, you know chihuahuas, they're all shiver, what's that who's that hold me closer. At least the ones I've met. Although one of my favorite pooches was a part chihuahua part dachshund named Martini and he was a hoot and a half.

  6. Shave and shake - haha! If you mean you with sixty-five - just another birthday and congrats, but it is not what people make it out to be - it's nothing alarming, especially when you have a sense of humor like you do - after that I did the huge paintings. Thank you Jeanna for these witty photos for All Seasons! Have a fun filled week!

    1. I actually walked around the place to see if there was a drive-in but no such luck. I'll be 61 this Thursday, J. and thank you.

    1. Thanks, matey bloke. Yeah, I suppose it is, I think of cold and rain when I think, "London." We had a legit snow storm less than two weeks ago, it was finally 65 and sunny yesterday and today it's 80˚.

    1. It was a happy place yesterday and since the dog beach is on the South Shore, why go north?

  10. I'll take about 10 degrees warmer thank you (and no 75 and sunny doesn't describe me either, but for the opposite reason than 65 doesn't describe you!) my real age is getting up towards a little too warm. Although Florida often gets even warmer than that.

    1. Well you might like today better you old fart, lol, since it was 80. It suddenly hit me, hey, the sliding porch door is open and I'm not reaching for a sweater. Then, dang, I'm hot, I'm really hot, too hot to do much about it. I did however consume a fudgesicle and a few liters of ice water before I changed into a tank top.
You are quite sunny, Sallie. I'm glad Florida is still warmer than your age, lol (I almost pulled a Homer Simpson and said, "American's Wang" instead of Florida).
But I'm neither 65 or sunny. Especially the sunny part, can't you tell by now (:
