Big Rope Little Dog
It's been a tough week so I'll leave you with a few more phone pics. This rope smells like you and you belong to me therefore ...

I thought when Aaron Rodgers broke his collarbone in the first quarter of that Viking game in mid-October it was some kind of karmic paymen...

This is hard for me to write not only because I'm broken up about Dexter's owner taking him back soon, but because being a dog perso...
Well it''s certainly a talking point! #MySundayPhoto
ReplyDeleteIt's part of an outdoor exhibit called "Sentinels of the Hills," Fi. Took me more tries than I care to admit to find it.
ReplyDeleteWell it's a very apt title as I said just that when I saw it! #mysundayphoto
ReplyDeleteKind of an excuse to use that old SNL clip, which has always been one of my favorite bits, TTT.
DeleteWell. Not something you see every day.
ReplyDeleteEvery other year in early October for about a week, Sarah.
DeleteStill don't really get what it is?? #MySundayPhoto
ReplyDeleteIt's an outdoor installation called, "Sentinels of the Hills." There were many of these pink eyed things which seemed as if they were guarding the hills around them.
DeleteThat, to me, looks like some kind of character from Monsters' University or Monsters' Inc. What fun! #mysundayphoto
ReplyDeleteIt does, John! James P. Sullivan with the horns.
DeleteIs it Plugged in? It looks like some sort of water feature, kind of furry and cute but the hole is quite disturbing. Well, it makes for an interesting photo anyway :)
ReplyDelete#mysundayphoto
There were lights in the front at the bottom which I didn't see lit up, but I bet that would be cool, Anne. I found the hole a bit disturbing as well, lol.
DeleteI've no idea, do you actually know what it is supposed to represent? #mysundayphoto
ReplyDeleteI didn't read up on the artist's conception and don't remember seeing any explanation, Chicken. However, the title, "Sentinels of the Hills" makes me think they're just that. I have more photos which shows there's three of them, maybe I'll put some of those up.
DeleteHi Jeanna, it looks very much like a couple of the rats the cat gifted us with this week. A tough easier on the eye though!.. Just look at what you would have missed out on had you given up looking...

xx
Ahhaa, you're getting early Christmas presents from the furry kids. Oh man, I think this was my third try. All I can say is that there was a very confusing county road along with my miserable sense of direction.
DeleteA strange creature for sure
ReplyDeleteI can hear what it sounds like in my head. That might not be a good thing.
DeleteDang, I thought it was a furry rocket ship!
ReplyDeleteHa, Brian, it does remind me of one of those rides outside the grocery store, just a little furrier, but we all love furry!
DeleteWell it catches the eye, I'm not sure what it is
ReplyDeleteThank you for linking up to #MySundayPhoto
As long as it's not what you see when you close your eyes, Darren. Brrr ahhh haa haaa.
DeleteWhat the hell is that? I don't know.
ReplyDeleteHave a fabulous day. ♥
Apparently monolithic hill creatures taken from myths and folklore, Sandee.
DeleteThat is interesting! I really have no idea what it is.
ReplyDeleteSee the next post, Kim.
DeletePeople in your State gasping open mouthed about what your legislature is trying to do?
ReplyDeleteOh yeah, I should have gone up to the square to protest but still taking it day by day. I even saw something about it on Seth Meyers the other night although he was talking about things I wasn't even aware of. Bastards..This group of Red politicians has been a thorn in the arse of this state for far too long. The Lame Duck Bills I think they're calling it.
DeleteThis Farm/Art DTour exhibit however was in early October before we dared dream of the upheaval that lead to those morons working so hard to limit the powers of our new Governor and change the presidential primary election date. Bastards.
DeleteI don't know what the hell that is. hahahahaha
