Slightly Haunted

These grounds are said to be haunted and not just by a preponderance of state workers. I've come across some of the most haunting sunsets there but according to these rumors and possible connections, exhumed bodies and Ed Gein's ghost are a few reasons spirits roam the land.
Ed Gein is one of Wisconsin's most infamous serial killers, right up there with Jeffrey Dahmer. Fun fact, when I looked up who was worse Ed Gein or Jeffrey Dahmer I got who was worse Ed Sheeran or Jeffery Dahmer. Despite Ed Sheeran's horrific Game of Thrones performance, I'd say Dahmer.

  1. Creepier still when you read about the hauntings, Brian. Good thing I have my trusty ginger baby here to protect me from ghosts.

  3. We live on the WI/IL border, far eastern corner. I am not sure that Dexter could protect you from evil like that, though. He could warn you! Anyway, I usually add a link to my blog. Is that not allowed? I am at WordPress, now.

    1. He seems to stare off in random directions and meow at nothing often enough, McGuffy, so I assume he's protecting me from evil spirits. As far as the links, I don't like them in the comments because it opens the door for spam and your name should be the link to your blog. If you want an extra shout out I have a Blog Hop list in my side bar along with badges from a few often visited blogs. At some point I may add a blog list as well, but nope, no links in comments. Thanks for even noticing cuz no one else seems to, aww wooo.

  4. It's a good thing there's still a bit of daylight. Reading about the hospital had me looking over my shoulder. Thank goodness the Husband is at his desk behind me. I'm such a chicken.

    1. What a coincidence, Susie, I just took a roast chicken out of the oven, hahaha. Yeah, too many burial grounds and creepy security guards around the place to my liking. I didn't know Ed Gein died there though, did you? Shudder.

    1. There's an Indian burial ground, they moved patients' graves and Ed Gein died there.

  9. Haunted places scare me. I think I spent to much time in my youth watching horror movies. I do believe that there is evil in some places.

I noticed the "no links' comment. Not to worry, I won't put a link in my comments.

    Have a great weekend. ♥
