It's Ralphie wearing Aunt Clara's Bunny Pajamas and the leg lamp on the porch next to him |
I remember (barely) wearing green footie pajamas pub hopping. I literally hopped from bar to bar like a frog. Yup |
Well looky here, Ralphie was visible behind Cousin Eddie the whole time |
An answer to the burning question posed in the last post |
Of course it's a Hamm's (it had to be that or a Pabst) |
and now...
Do you have a photo with attitude or a recipe with cheese? Then please link them here.
I'm looking for cheesy photos of humans and critters, especially shots of the waggish, the unwieldy and the unwilling.
And as always, I'd love to see any recipe made with cheese (gotta tie it in somehow).
This link up is open until midnight on Friday.
LOL loved these a good tribute and well done too heheh!
ReplyDeleteHave a pjtastic week :-)
I want to party with these people. I'm too foggy brained to wish you anything other than a misterrific week, Steve.
Deleteyou crack me up... yes... looking at the world closely enough to see the weird stuff out there!
ReplyDeleteHaaaa, your horse photo, LOVE. IT. I think my favorite thing about this weirdness is that the mannequin is drinking Hamm's, gotta find out what it was in the movie.
DeleteHa ha - wonderful!
ReplyDeleteIt's a popular display around these parts, Fi.
DeleteThat's so darn creative, bravo to them!
ReplyDeleteIt's a two-fer, Brian.
DeleteNobody does Christmas decorations like your neighbors! And I mean that literally )). The Cousin Eddie clip in the previous post made me laugh...I could use a silly movie again about now. And it reminded me of .... well, let’s just say It’s too bad we aren’t still full time RVers..had a lot of experiences that would have fit well into your cheesy theme!
ReplyDeleteThis is in Lodi so maybe ten or so miles away, Sallie. Ok, where DO you empty your chemical toilet? Well let's hear the stories and pull out the photos. It's been pretty nice here until today when a winter wind came through. I think we've been pretty spoiled but not as much as you I'm sure!
DeleteThere's a lot of weird stuff out there. Love the trailer trash one the best.
ReplyDeleteHave a fabulous day. ♥
It's got a lot of great details from the movie, Sandee.
DeleteThat is so cool. Love everything about it. Thanks for sharing. Thanks for hosting and I hope that you have a wonderful week.
ReplyDeleteI do too, Cousin Eddie with a Ralphie bonus. You as well.
DeleteBrilliant! Very creative. #TwinklyTuesday
ReplyDeleteI have to tip my hat to this Christmas house with a sense of humor.
Delete"From the land of sky blue waters..." Always liked those bears and the color of that can. I didn't know Hamm's is still out there. Now, I wonder if Louise's pink bunny ears on Bob's Burgers is a tribute to Christmas Vacation.
ReplyDeleteI loved that song and bear as a kid and yes a good can as well. Have always wanted one of those moving beer bear (or is it bear bear or bare bear beer) signs. I hand't thought of that, bet there's a BB group or wiki out there that can tell you.
DeleteYOu never know what your going to see, great pictures!!
ReplyDeleteHAve a great week!
I actually sought this one out, Karren.
DeleteThis cheered up an otherwise gloomy morning #keepi giyreak@_karendennis
ReplyDeleteIt's been gloomy here the last few days to make up for the gorgeous weather I guess. Hope things get cheerier for you, Karen.
DeleteEverything I do is cheesy! What a fun idea for a meme.
ReplyDeleteThen come on by every Tuesday and link up, Deb.
DeleteThat is so fun!!
ReplyDeleteI'd love to meet the people who put this up.
Deletewhat a fab find, i don't get the movie reference though, so much to see if we just look for it #keepingitreal
ReplyDeleteThe kid in the bunny pajamas is Ralphie from A Christmas Story and the hick dumping his toilet into the sewer is from National Lampoon's A Christmas Vacation.
DeleteJajajaja :)
ReplyDeleteThat may be the jolliest hahaha I've ever seen.
DeleteLOL!! Loved Ralphie!!! BOOM!!
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing!
- Lisa
So funny! That was my dear MIL's favorite movie! :)
ReplyDeleteHope mine fits for "Say Cheese" but it not, feel free to delete my entry! Your post: Am chuckling this is really in someone's yard:):) Hope to see you at All Seasons this week!
ReplyDeleteOh pashaww, J., it's a bit of a free for all up in here.
DeleteHi Jeanna, I want a pair of Aunt Clara's bunny PJs!!.. The owners of the house must have a sense of humour and a half. Never a dull moment with them... When I see something cheesey or come up with a cheesey recipe I will be sure to share!
ReplyDeleteThank you for popping by and joining in with the #keepingitreal link up.
xx
Sadly, I had at least one pair minus the ears but pink and footied for sure. They must, I want to join them for a beer down by the pub. That would make a good post, wouldn't it? And link up whatever you want, Deb, the only rule is that there are no rules. Unless my delicate sensibilities are offended but that would probably be some lame arsed political thing, otherwise, everything is just peachy dory.
DeleteI have a frog suit that is quite warm in the wintertime!! Great images!
ReplyDeleteHaa, Betty, now you've got to post a photo of you in your frog suit.
